About the Speaker

This is a DVD program.

Patrick M. Connors is a Professor of Law at Albany Law School. He is the author of the McKinney's Practice Cmmentaries for CPLR Article 31, Disclosure,  several Canons in the New Yor layers' Code of Professional Responsibilit, and several articles in the Surrogate's Court Procedure Act. Professor Connors is a frequent leturer at CLE seminars on professional ethics  and legal malpractice.
